Calgary based Kitchen company adds new CNC Router to their warehouse arsenal
I have received the final draft of a PWA for my listed building. The Building Owner wishes to demolish the adjoining property that my building relies on for support. There are no provisions to reinstate the support to the Party Wall nor weatherproofing other than pointing the exposed wall that was formerly an interior wall and there is no provision in the Award to obtain Listed Building Consent although the draft copy mentioned Statutory Approvals are to be obtained.
My PW Surveyor has informed me I will be prosecuted unless I allow access for the work to be done and the Conservation People tell me not to allow work unless I obtain Listed Building Consent otherwise I will be prosecuted by them. My PW Surveyor is not explaining how I appeal against the award and is being very evasive by not replying to my correspondence. Can you help with these problems.
How do I appeal and who to.
Is the Award valid if no LBC is mentioned.
Can I claim for legal services regarding this matter under the PW Act

The proposed office tower in Charter Square or one of the towers in the Edison could be a bank’s tower.
A larger bank could acquire Capital, North State, Cardinal, or First Citizens to get a foothold in the market and build a tower. Regions and Fith Third already have small Triangle presences that could be enhanced with a tower. Wells Fargo now has Wachovia, so are out. Citi is pretty weak, so I don’t see them making a splash. But Toronto Dominion (TD) could see what RBC has done and chase them down to Raleigh. I could see them moving here before a JP Morgan Chase which would choose Charlotte, but I would like to be proven wrong!
In the “even less likely but who knows” category could be the European banks — Barclays, HSBC, the Scotland banks, etc. Deutsche Bank would chose Charlotte due to their airport’s flights to Germany.
I actually did not care for the Eagle. the ONE time that I went with a friend of mine, all the guys there, who were in their mid 30′s and up, they all kept staring at me and my friend like fresh meat…..cause him and I were both in our young 20′s. Was very uncomfortable.
Hiya,
Basically we are looking at maybe buying this house at an auction (so quite cheap) BUT the guy who used to own it obviously rented out each room (and packed far too many people in).
The main thing is that there is an extension at the back, not the best in the world but to me looks OK and the roof, to me seems fine. I would be grateful if anybody here could give the pics a quick look, in particular the side picture where there is no render at the top and give me your opinions.
Thanks,
Jim
P.S. I have also included a picture of the boiler/plumbing – thought it may raise a smile.
