Does anyone know why a builder would wake up his neighbours at 5:30 am?
My neighbour operates out of his back yard, he does have a license, but he continues to run his machinery or vehicles, move metals, tools, at this time and at the weekends too. I am at a loss to how to proceed because he ignores our complaints which have gone via the council. Any comments or advice appreciated.:confused: and exhausted.
