Hi, I issued a party wall notice (with plans) to my neighbour / share of freehold even though they had agreed to the works. I got formal awards done for my neighbours either side, and I am now nearing completion. But due to other issues my neighbour / share of freehold is now denying agreement nor viewing of the initial plans. The party wall notice is more around work “intended” to be undertaken. What if it is already complete? Can it still be done retrospectively?
